Orders for in-stock dolls will be fulfilled from our United States or European warehouses based on your shipping location.

2. Custom-made Dolls (Shipped from Factory)

If your order includes customized dolls (e.g., custom makeup, implanted hair, body options), it will be manufactured at our facility in China.

• Production Time: 10 business days

• Photo Confirmation: You will receive real product photos for approval before shipping

• Shipping Time: 10–15 business days

• Shipping Fee: Free

ORDER TRACKING

• As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

• Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch.

TAXES & DUTIES

We ship orders on a DDP/DHL/GLS/UPS (Delivery Duty Paid) basis whenever possible.
