Payment Policy

  • If your transaction is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Refunds on Verified Product Issues

In case your received item is damaged due to non-human causes, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Once the issue is confirmed through photos, video, and logistics information,

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days upon approval,

  • The refund will be returned via the original payment method.
