RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product(s).
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Customized dolls are non-returnable once shipped from our factory.

  • Shipping is free, but return shipping and any applicable customs fees are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.


RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in one parcel, using the same delivery service as the original shipment.

  • Returns must be shipped from the same country as the original delivery.

  • Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

    • The return package is incomplete or missing documentation.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made dolls (including body customization, implanted hair, makeup, etc.)

  • Underwear, opened cosmetics/skincare, and some jewelry for hygiene reasons

  • Swimwear without the sanitary liner intact


IMPORTANT NOTES ON SHIPPING DAMAGE

  • If the outer shipping box is damaged but the product inside is intact and functional, this does not qualify for return or refund.

  • We use multi-layer packaging to ensure safe delivery.

  • If your product is damaged upon arrival (non-human damage):

    • Contact customer support within 14 days

    • Provide photos/videos + shipping info

    • We will review and respond within 7 business days

    • If approved, we will provide replacement or refund options


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled on the same day the order is placed.
To request cancellation:

  • Contact customer service on the day of purchase before the order is processed

⚠️ Once the day of purchase has passed or the order has been processed/shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Step 1: Contact Customer Support with:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description and media (video/photo) of any issues

Step 2: Repack the item in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

Step 3: Fill out three (3) copies of the Return Pro-Forma Invoice (required for customs) and place them in a transparent envelope attached to the parcel.

Step 4: Once the courier verifies the contents, seal the package and ship it back.


REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to verified product defect.

  • After your return reaches us, allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing.

  • If your return is rejected due to policy violations, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

  • You will receive an email once your refund has been processed and accepted.
